Terms of Sale

• The Tamco 2011 Catalog supercedes all other catalogs and/or price lists. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Terms

• FOB: Shipping Point (unless otherwise noted at the time of sale).
• Minimum invoice: $50.00 net, this excludes freight and sales tax where apllicable.
• Returned Goods: Tamco will not accept returns without prior authorization. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No credit will be issued without proper documentation. All tools must be returned in new condition.

Shortages and/or Damages

• Never accept any shortaged or damaged shipments without making a full notation on the bill of lading.
• Tamco Inc., must be promptly notified of any shortages and/or damages or claims will not be considered
• Tamco Inc., cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to strikes, fires, or other conditions out of our control. Our responsibility ceases when goods are receieved by freight carriers in new conditions.
• All published weights are approximate. Actual shipping weights may vary.

Credit Policy

• Tamco's credit terms are 1% - 10 days, Net 30 days. (This discount only applies to merchandise; all freight charges are due in full.)
• Repeated deviations or violation of our 30 day terms will result in account being placed on credit hold and/or COD status.
• Accounts with invoices unpaid beyond 60 days will be placed on credit hold and no further tools or parts will be sold until the account is current. (No invoices open beyond 30 days.)
• In the event collection action is required, the customer is responsible for all costs of collections.
